These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Privacy Policy”, “Agreement”) apply to all operations, employees, sub-brands, customers, Co-Brand PukuYet (CBP), and the management structure of Pick Unique Keep Unique Yet .
This defines our business structure, responsibilities, share arrangement, code of conduct, fines, penalties, and operational controls.
1. Introduction & Purpose
- Pick Unique Keep Unique Yet is the core operating brand and Parent Organization.
- All brands under us (e.g., PukuYet) are bound to follow this policy.
- The decisions of the main brand’s CEO and Founder are final and binding.
2. Organizational Structure
2.1 Founder / Director
- The person with the highest authority.
- The final approver for policies, investments, decisions, hiring, and termination.
- Holds full power to control all company data, brands, assets, policies, and systems.
2.2 CEO (1 Person)
- Head of operations, brand management, and approval systems.
- Has the authority to oversee the activities of all sub-brands (e.g., PukuYet).
- Cannot change policies, sign contracts, or make high-level decisions without the Director permission.
2.3 Co-CEO (1–2 Persons)
- Will assist the CEO.
- Will manage departmental activities.
2.4 Workers / Team
- Responsible for performing duties, customer support, adhering to data security, and reporting.
- Punishable for any irregularities.
2.5 CBP (Co-Brand PukuYet)
- An associate with 0% shareholding.
- Can promote products/services by following brand policies.
- Rights will be revoked in cases of misinformation, fraud, or irregularities.
3. Share Structure
The following shares are kept as Placeholders—
You can insert the % later:
- Founder: 15%
- CEO: 0-13%
- Co-CEO (1–2): Salary / 0-10% / reserve
- Workers/Team:Salary / 0-8% / reserve
- CBP: 0%
- Social Fund: 2%
- CORE Brand total Reserve Fund: core brand use 30%, core brand 70% with PukuYet fund 33% ( Reserve )
Rules regarding share distribution cannot be changed without Founder approval.
4. Code of Conduct
All employees, CEO, Co-CEOs, CBPs, and customers must mandatorily follow the rules below:
Prohibited Behavior:
- Providing false information.
- Fraud.
- Bad behavior with customers.
- Leaking company secrets/confidential information.
- Doing business under the brand name without permission.
- Uploading fake products or making false claims.
- Any activity that causes damage to the company.
5. Penalty & Termination
5.1 Employees/CEO/Co-CEO
Punishment or termination may occur for the following:
- Irregularities.
- Financial loss to the company.
- Fraud against customers.
- Violation of policy.
- Negligence of duty.
- Leaking confidential information.
5.2 New CEO Selection
If the main CEO is terminated, a new CEO will be selected based on the following criteria:
✔ Past work record ( include our sub brands Employees/CEO/Co-CEO)
✔ Trustworthiness
✔ Accountability to the brand
✔ Performance capability
✔ Ethical behavior
5.3 Co-Brand PukuYet (CBP) Penalties
CBP authorization will be revoked for:
- Uploading fake products/services.
- Providing wrong information.
- Customer fraud.
- Failure to deliver sold products.
- Damaging brand image.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must mandatorily—
- Provide correct information.
- Be present at the time of delivery.
- Accept the product.
- Bear the responsibility if a wrong address is provided.
In case of Wrong Information:
- Order cancellation.
- Account restriction.
- Future orders may be blocked.
Refusal to Accept Product:
- First time: Warning.
- Repeatedly: Account Block + Legal Action.
7. Delivery & Refund Policy
7.1 Delivery Time
- Local Delivery: 1–5 Business Days.
- International Delivery: 1–45 Business Days.
- For Digital product / service: after payment 0 Minute to 10 Hours.
7.2 Refund
Refunds (Physical product only) are available for:
- Wrong products.
- Damaged products.
- Incomplete packages.
7.3 Refund Timing
- Application must be made within 7 business days.
- Refund issued within 1–10 business days after approval.
7.4 No Refund for Wrong Information
8. Social Development Fund (2%)
Pick Unique Keep Unique Yet will allocate 2% from every sale for social development. ( include our sub brands)
- This will be used for the poor, helpless, and social development.
- Personal identities (of beneficiaries) will be kept confidential.
- Fund usage will be completely transparent.
9. Legal Compliance
- The core brand/mother brand/sub brands is operated according to the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any dispute will first be resolved through discussion.
- If necessary, the Court of Bangladesh will be the final judge.
10. Policy Update
We reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
